Maintains project plans with adjustments and status information. Drives actions to completion. Provides regular updates to management/leadership and other stakeholders. Manages and escalates issues and risks appropriately. Manages project timelines and budget to target, taking appropriate action as needed. Manages project resources (technical and non-technical) professionally, providing constructive feedback as needed. Escalates resource issues appropriately. Communicates and collaborates across functions, divisions and levels to accomplish assigned goals.
