Specialize in Microsoft development technologies but have an adaptable skillset. Responsibilities:** Architect, design, develop and debug applications in various software languages. Leverage creativity & drive innovation. Create technology Proof of Concept (POC). Interact directly with Toro businesses leaders to create high value solutions. Lead software development teams utilizing appropriate execution methodologies (Agile, RUP, etc.). Coordinate software testing and quality assurance with QA Teams. Offer technical expertise and guidance to entire project/product team. Drive process & product improvements to aspire to higher productivity and quality levels.
