PMI certification is a plus. - Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to deal with all levels of management required. - Must be able to take the initiative and work independently, as well as part of a team for multi-person development projects. - In-depth knowledge of the .NET Framework and expertise in object-oriented programming principles are required. - Experience with creating and supporting applications in a Windows XP/Vista desktop environment, using SQL Server 2005, .NET, XML Web Services, Visual Studio, Visual SourceSafe and other web-based tools is a plus.
