These 5 individuals will be the first 5 on the entire team. This team is going to act similar to a start up company within Client. They will break the team up into small 5 or 6 person teams and let them go to develop new platforms, applications, services and enhancements. This team will run in tandem with other Client teams to help in one of the largest software / platform development projects in the world. Client is establishing a new development team of highly skilled Java Developers with experience building enterprise web applications and services in support of critical business transactions. They will be working in an opensource stack environment that is very heads down development focused. They will be responsible for new platform development as well.
