(Tested on skills)* *-UI Application Test Exp. * *-H1B's OK* *Must be local for FTF and SQL test* Project Overview: Looking for a Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst to be a key member of the technology team. This individual will help improve the quality of software assets, technical processes, and data management, in order to ensure success in terms of both timely release of current and next generation products, capabilities, and revenue. Responsibilities: Work with Senior Director, IT Client Engagement, to develop initiatives and achieve company goals Collaborate with team and business owners in the development of appropriate test plans and tests using known best practices, as well as test execution for software assets Participate in the Client Implementation life cycle and Production Support operation with solution design, development, implementation, and support activities Maintain testing artifact repository, and participate in testing of code in multiple environments Provide testing recommendations and assist in the testing and user acceptance of applications Communicates the status and forecasting of projects to the internal clients through a variety of methods including project status reports Develops metrics for gauging success of enhancements, implementation and application support Identifies new technologies that will benefit short and long term department goals Help define success criteria for each implementation and maintain the metrics for support activities Performs other testing related duties as assigned to support company objectives Required Qualifications: -5 or more years of experience in *information technology* -2 or more years of experience working with *Claims, Eligibility and Provider data and related processes* -Hands on experience using database based tools with a *working knowledge of SQL* -4 or more years of experience in *software testing, SDLC for large high production impact systems* Preferred Qualifications: -Previous experience in healthcare and clinical process -Must be detailed oriented, data-centric and possess a desire to deliver high quality products -Prior experience with systems/process integration in healthcare industry -Experience in automation test scripts Possess strong written and oral communication skills, along with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of team members Thanks & Regards … Madhu *StanSource Inc.* 22375 Broderick Drive, Suite 135, Dulles, VA 20166.
