Analysing Alerts and incidents from Monitoring tools 4. working on Bug fix and Triaging calls with stakeholder Nice to Have Skill : Autosys Java/J2EE, OOPS, Servlets, JSP, JQuery, Ext-JS, JavaScript, Autosys AJAX, spring, Struts, SQL/PL-SQL, SVN, Perforce, UNIX Application Support 7 - 15 years of relevant IT experience At least 2 years of Production support technical hands on experience. Knowledge of all phases of SDLC Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall model Ability to Triage call, prioritize problems and Problem solving Experience of ITIL (is nice to have) MS .Net ( C#, VB .Net, ASP.Net) Knowledge of WCF/WPF/Prism, Web services, Databases - SQL Server or Oracle Stored Procedures. Application Support 7 - 15 years of relevant IT experience At least 2 years of Production support technical hands on experience. Knowledge of all phases of SDLC Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall model Ability to Triage call, prioritize problems and Problem solving Experience of ITIL (is nice to have) PRPC Pega 6.x/7.x, Java/J2E, Oracle and UNIX, Application Support 8-15years of relevant IT experience Atleast 2 years of Production support experience. Trouble shooting in PRPC Pega/ J2EE/ Oracle applications. Experience in handling various production support roles (BPM Paga Developer) • Experience in Performance Testing and Environment Management and incident and problem management. Teradata MultiLoad, FastLoad, FastExport, TPT, BTEQ, TPump, Teradata Administrator 14, Teradata Viewpoint 15, SQL Assistant, Teradata Studio, Visual Explain, Index and Statistics Wizard 14.10, TASM. Application Support 5-15 Years of IT experience. • 5+ years of IT experience including: SQL coding and understanding of ETL best practices, Release 14 or newer of the Teradata Software Release, Teradata Certified Architect for Release 12 or newer, Technical SQL expertise in writing and teaching efficient use of Teradata SQL, experience using and analyzing Performance Statistics from the Teradata PDCR Database, experience with Utilities and DBA and Developer tools available for the Teradata System. This includes Reviews to ensure proper Database/Table design and indexing selection. Teradata Utilities, TPT, Viewpoint and Developer tools available for the Teradata System.
