*Details:* Looking for a Business Data Analyst for the BOLD initiative (Big Data). Please submit candidates with permanent salary requirements as there is a chance for conversion. The manager is looking to focus on local candidates at this time. Looking for candidates with experience in big data and related analytics. Experience with SQL, Hadoop, Oracle, Java, .NET a plus. The candidate will be working with a global team so there is a potential for conference calls outside of regular business hours. This project is high priority, start-up meaning that this role needs a candidate with a fluid mindset to be able to adapt to changing tasks. TR experience could be a plus as culture fit is huge for this manager. Candidates with experience at large, global companies would be ideal. Candidate will interact with business and technical types. Reports to head of capabilities (product manager for this initiative). *Responsibilities and Activities:* Ø Contribute to the development and validation of the content roadma metadata and big data solutions, to fulfill all business requirements Ø Support the development of requirements to deliver this roadmap, in collaboration with clients, as well as Platform architects and engineers Ø Prepare and document requirements and detailed functional specifications for Metadata content initiatives. Ø Ensure timely and successful implementation of content enhancements. Ø Assess scope of Metadata initiatives to determine if adequate resources are available or if funding is required. Ø Contribute to plans for scaling and rapid build out, evaluating build vs. buy opportunities objectively. Ø Collaborate with multiple teams in the US, UK, Switzerland, Israel and India. Ø Ensure priorities and requirements are delivered on time and within budget, in partnership with the PMO, Technology and client teams. *Qualifications:* Ø BA or BS degree. Ø Minimum 5-7 years of technology or related data experience within a large global organization (5,000+ employees). Financial sector experience preferred. Ø Experience with big data and related analytics preferred. Strong analytical, process, problem solving and detail oriented skills. Ø Strong collaboration skills, working closely with a team of global technical resources. Ø Solid verbal and written presentation skills.
