Experience working with HealthCare business clients helpful. You will be required to work with several organizations within Kaiser to coordinate the delivery of program changes within a planned release schedule. Responsibilities will include working with user groups, analyzing reported problems, performing root cause analysis and presenting alternatives to correct the problem. Responsible to review coding changes and new code developed prior to installing into production. You will need to work with Development, Data Base Administration, Release Management, Enterprise Testing, User Acceptance testing teams. Will be required to monitor progress of assigned work, resolve production support issues and provide project status information.
