Clinical Business Systems Analyst role at Shire Pharmaceuticals in Lexington, MA. Manager is looking to move quickly. Must have worked in a Clinical environment prefer CTMS – Clinical Trial Management Systems Strong Data Integration Face to Face is a Must after a phone screen. *Title: * Clinical Information Analyst (Sr. Level) *Job Description: * Clinical Information Analyst will be responsible for supporting disposition of legacy clinical systems and data integration to new Shire clinical systems. This role will be involved in the implementation of new solutions, testing, management, and administration of new and legacy Shire clinical systems The role will work closely with Subject Matter Experts to define requirements, analyze and compare multiple systems for usability, strategize and implement data migration from legacy systems to new systems. This role will be involved in Test scripting and execution where necessary This role will work closely with Data Management function to determine the electronic foot print of clinical data/records and information. Develop solution to consolidate this data/records and information spread across both organizations *Job Tasks* · Liaise with Clinical functions and determine business requirements for new Clinical systems · Perform usability analysis for two competing systems · Work closely with SME and strategize data migration. · Analyze and document electronic footprint of Clinical data and data management records/information · Develop solutions for a consolidated file system for storage of Clinical data and data management records/information · Determine data migration activities and timelines in alignment with functional needs · Implement migration activities such as mapping of data, manual migration where needed · Author, review and execute user acceptance test scripts · Manage and Administer new and legacy shire systems. · Support personnel transition from old systems to new systems – troubleshooting access issues, training etc. · Develop training material/conduct training sessions as necessary *Education and Skills* · Minimum of 5 yrs experience as Analyst in Pharmaceutical environment · Working knowledge in one of following systems - CTMS, Data Warehouse , electronic TMF or Electronic Document Management System. *Preferred CTMS* · Experience with Data migration/Integration · Minimum degree- Associate degree *Projects* - Statistical Analysis platform rationalization o Scoping/Documentation of requirements o Usability analysis of various SAS systems o Data migration plans o Testing - Electronic Footprint of data/documents o Analyze and document the electronic foot print of clinical data in Data Management systems- generate manifests/reports etc. o Develop solutions for consolidation of this unstructured/semi-structured data - Backfill duties o Administration of new /legacy system, file shares, custom SharePoint sites etc. o Trouble shooting access issues, training of Legacy Baxalta and Legacy Shire personnel on both legacy systems With Regards, Neha Kumari Sr.Talent Acquisition Note: We are Through Tier-1 Vendor.
