The successful candidate must have experience upgrading Siebel 7.7 to 8.1. This position will be reporting to the Director of Information Services. * *Responsibilities include:* - Installation and Configuration of Siebel 8.1 - Migrate Custom Configuration from existing Siebel 7.7 - Migrate existing SQL Data to new Siebel DB Server - Perform performance tuning on Siebel 8.1 Application - Document all Installation, Customization and Migration Tasks. - Review, Discuss and complete Tasks within Timelines - Adhere to best practices for standards for design, coding and security - Other Siebel based tasks as required *Qualifications:* - Bachelors’ degree in computer science or related field - 2-3 years experience in designing, implementing and updating Siebel Sales/Call Center/eService/Marketing/eMail modules in Siebel 7.7 and Siebel 8.X. - Must have successfully migrated-upgraded Siebel 7.7 to Siebel 8.X - Must have had formal training from Siebel or like training centers - Must have excellent skills with Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005/2008 and the Siebel Data Model - Must be proficient with Siebel scripting, vb scripting, actuate reports, and Microsoft office suites. - Attention to detail and strong organizational communication skills - Must be team-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. -- Looking forward to work with you..........
