*Duration: 6 months+* *Rate: 40/ hr* *Scope of Work: * This is a Customer support position in San Francisco. We looking for a candidate who can work closely with the customer. *Skill Set:* Good communication and presentation skills. need to co- ordinate. - RND CIQ (Extensive Knowledge) - Read RFDS (Extensive Knowledge) - Ability to troubleshoot/create Excel macros to work with RFDS data extraction - Understanding of UMTS/GSM plumbing and feeder loss calculations Market-level *Projects: * Create and maintain the RND CIQ and the TND CIQ, and the latest CIQ contains over 3500 cells defined in it under the various projects. - NSB - New Built Sites, working in close coordination with the PMs and the Scoping Engineers to ensure RFDS are created and the latest updates made available. - ISE - In-Building Sites, same scope as NSBs, but slightly varied site configuration. - COW - Cell On Wheels, usually short-notice deployments that demand quick turn-around to the CIQ. - 2C Ph II - 2nd Carrier addition (Phase II), marginally less requirements as NSBs but site numbers can be large. - MOD - Modification to existing sites, same scope of work as 2C sites. - RNC Rehomes - Sites are Re-homed between the 30 RNCs in the market and both the RND and TND CIQs need to be updated. - RNC Re- balancing - TND CIQ will need to be updated since the re-balance involves sub-rack changes. - Cabinet Swaps - Scope can vary from changes to a couple of columns in the RND CIQ to a complete rebuilt of the sites in the CIQ if the Swap is a complete Rip and Replace. - 3rd Carrier Design support - Support the on-going design for the 3rd carrier in the market. *Day- to-Day Activities:* RND CIQ Creation, Updating and Release - Sites have to be built or modified, and the changes reordered meticulously in the Revision History. - Prioritizing the support to the various teams and the actual building/updating of the CIQ to publish at the end of the day is the big challenge on a daily basis.
