I am looking for an SAP SD Configuration Analyst and a SAP CRM Configurator Analyst. These are not programming positions...but would be nice if they could read ABAP Duration 3-6 months Location – St Louis, MO Client: State govt SAP SD.... Candidate must have a minimum of 7 years experience in SAP design and configuration. Must have in-depth experience in functional design development of SAP SD module. Must have very good knowledge of working with user exits. Candidate will not need to write code, but must have good ABAP understanding with ability to write functional development requests for ABAP team. Excellent relationship and networking skills that would be required to build relationships within the team and outside the team across Business groups and other IT teams. Results Orientation: Fosters a sense of urgency, identifies and overcomes obstacles. Balances the big picture with day-to-day activities/issues. Persistent in the pursuit of results. Communication: Creates an environment that fosters open, frank communication. Clearly expresses oneself orally and in writing. Listens carefully, solicits other opinions. Ability to independently drive issue resolution, develop business knowledge and apply technical alternatives. Candidates must have agility to respond quickly in a rapidly changing business environment. SAP CRM... Senior Level - at least 7 years experience in the specified skill set Major Responsibilities (essential job functions, scope of the job etc.): The responsibilities of this position are to define and develop a comprehensive data model for the SAP CRM system. The candidate must be able to take requirements and logical models and translate them into physical mapping to data structures and tables into the CRM system.. Other responsibilities include : • Work closely with the business and IT teams in refining any additional business requirements. • Research and resolve any technical data mapping challenges and document possible solutions. • Identify and document any gaps discovered during the data mapping exercise. • Provide estimates for various pieces of the project. • Help coordinate data cleanup activities within several different business and IT teams. Required Skills/Experience: • Must have at least 5+ years experience in the implementation of SAP CRM solutions. • Must have worked on at least two complete CRM project implementations. • Must have knowledge of CRM table structures as they relate to o business partner o contacts -- Thanks & Regards..
