*HYPERION Architect – Midtown – NYC – 6 months+ – Must have Investment Banking Experience* Top tier investment bank is seeking an IT Development Lead/ Solution Architect Designer of solution architecture for Hyperion Planning suite § Clear analysis of business impact spanning across different modules of the application Assessing the impacts to upstream and downstream partners § Clear communication and coordination of change with impacted partners Reviewing business requirements and functional specifications with business and prepare technical design § Technical design should be completely documented in the technical design document and solution architecure document § Where needed, challenging status quo and highlighting any requirement that may cause maintenance overhead in Production Working with the global IT development team on implementation of new Hyperion Planning system § Walkthrough of technical design and architecture is part of norm § Simultaneously manage individual and team deliverables Support acceptance test and production deployment Analyzing and reviewing system performance § Highlighting performance issues and suggesting solutions § Providing guidance and solution for issues § Providing SME knowledge where needed Leadership/ Collaboration Skills § Mentoring and/or coaching new members of the team § Quality review of team deliverables § Demonstrate and instill a culture of collaboration and challenging the status quo § Manage conflicts with external teams e.g. testing, development and infrastructure § Escalate timely and appropriately to senior managers or PM for high priority and high impact items § Ability to work with diverse and geographically dispersed groups is required Qualification: § Atleast 5 years of development leadership and solution architecture experience § Technical design and documentation § Experience in implementation of Hyperion Planning and Essbase version 11.1.2 or later § Experience on Oracle Hyperion tools like FDMEE, Workspace, Financial Close Management and DRM § Strong experience using advanced MS Excel functionalities § Experience on design and automation of daily batch processes using Control-M Technical Skills/ Knowledge: § Advanced knowledge of Hyperion Planning and Essbase version 11.1.2 or later § Knowledge of Oracle Hyperion tools like FDMEE, Workspace, Financial Close Management and DRM § Knowledge of OBIEE report design and development § Familiarity with regulatory topics like Basel III, CCAR, DFAST, etc is a plus § Familiarity with business analysis, project management and software development lifecycle § Advanced knowledge of relational databases and data modeling *Regards,* *Amber Srivastva* *(614) 401-5193 | ambe...@usgrpinc.com <ambe...@usgrpinc.com>* *United Software Group Inc. 565 Metro Place S.
