Role: *Level 3 Help Desk*
*Location: Chicago, IL*
*Duration: 6+ Months*


*NOTE:  2 shifts are available for this role, please note if candidate
prefers one or is ok with either:*

*5am – 1pm CST*

*12 noon – 8pm CST*



MUST HAVE:

   - *2+ years of level 3* user support experience
   - Basic *SQL query skills* to query data to answer questions
   - *Desktop hardware trouble shooting* skills
   - *Oracle EBS R12 environment (Financials)*
   - Excellent communication & problem solving skills
   - Proficient with Microsoft Windows environment
   - Proficient Microsoft Office Suites, 2007 or 2010
   - Computers/laptops, troubleshooting and help desk calls are essential
   functions of the position
   - Remote site and desktop support
   - Proven helpdesk support experience
   - Must have a strong customer service orientation
   - Must possess excellent analytical, organizational
   - Oracle EBS POS module





NICE TO HAVE:

   - Point-of-sale (POS) hardware trouble shooting skills
