We have an Urgent Requirement for Java/J2ee in Memphis, TN for a 6 to 11 months contract. This is either a 6 month or 11 month contract. Must be a strong performer who are ready to hit the ground running without a lot of hand holding and who will take initiative to go find out what needs to be done versus waiting to be given every task with detailed instructions. The Team Leads don’t have time to train and do a lot of guiding. We need contractors who know their stuff and are strong Java Developers.
