Java Developer

Location: San Francisco, CA

Duration: 12 + month contract

 

Key Responsibilities (List the top five to seven essential responsibilities
in priority order):

1.      Complete development from technical design through implementation,
unit testing and documentation
2.      Work with QA/Support  teams to identify and resolve code issues.
3.      Prepare technical design specifications
4.      Participate in the definition and functional specification of
product enhancements and new product components
5.      Practice effective multitasking skills and manage workload
proactively

 

Minimum Job Qualifications:

Education/Training/Skills - 

 

.         BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience

.         5+ years developing software with Java (J2EE)  in a professional
environment

.         Solid experience with some of the following: JSP, JavaScript,
HTML/CSS, AJAX, Spring, JPA

.         Knowledge of development tools, methods, and lifecycle: IDE,
source control, defect tracking

.         Strong analysis and problem solving abilities

 

Specialized Knowledge/Skills - 

.         Knowledge of electronic medical records is a plus
