We have urgent requirement for* Program Manager at Foster City, CA* *Title: Program Manager** **Job Location: Foster City, CA Duration: 6-12 Months*** *Job Description: *· Prior experience of managing a multi-phase program with global reach is ideal. · Prior experience of program management in a manufacturing environment is also desired. · Minimum of 7 years project/program management experience including management of systems implementers · Demonstrated ability in delivering projects/programs on-time, on-budget and with agreed scope. · PM Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Stanford CAPM). · Familiarity with working in a GxP impacted environment would be beneficial. · Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation and diplomacy skills. Effectively able to manage project issues and drive decisions. · Experience in an regulated environment is desired. · Solid technology background. · Operate as the program manager on the ePedigree / Serialization program working closely with the program Business Lead, Steering Committee and work stream leads to ensure timely delivery of program phases within the agreed budgets. · Follow the project management process and ensure that required project deliverables are provided (project plan, project schedule, specifications, etc) and that they are “GxP compliant”. · Prepare weekly status reports that include project progress, issues, spend, risks, milestones, decisions and status. Manage issues, risks and escalations as needed. · Organize and chair weekly progress meetings and define the meeting cadence for all other program related meetings. · Manage project budget financials within approved funding. · Provide day-to-day oversight of the consultants and systems implementers who are working with client to deliver this program. · The program has a global focus and some travel will be required. *Company :* A Global IT consulting firm with several large customer engagements across Europe and US.
