The position is an Infrastructure  support role, These are a few of the key
skills that the individual should have:

 

Admin, Ping Federated / Siteminder Authentication Engineer.

- Seeking a system admin for Level 3 support group.

- Minimum of 7 years experience in the Information Technology and
Information Security space.

- Prior hands-on experience regarding detailed architecture design, planning
and implementing large scale upgrades and migrations, and the ongoing
support and issue resolution.

- Working experience regarding multi-tier web infrastructure a must.

- Must display solid background in supporting multiple production and test
environments simultaneously.

- Implementation experience creating federation partnerships (both SP and
IdP) with both internal and external clients.

- Strong understanding of federation concepts including SAML 1.1 Artifact,
SAML 2.0 Artifact, SAML 2.0 POST, STS, and OpenToken.

- Installation and configuration of Ping Identity's Ping Federate 6.x.

 


Experience Required

*        

Should have experience migrating from Siteminder federated to ping federated
services.

- Experience with single sign on technologies on various UNIX platforms
(particularly CA Siteminder version 6 and/or R12).

- Prior experience upgrading from v6 to R12, along with deployment of mixed
mode environments.

- Understanding of end-to-end authentication process flow including webagent
installation, configuration, and performance tuning.

- Configuration Siteminder concepts such as user directory definitions,
domains, realms, rules, responses.

- Knowledge of Siteminder Policy Store (LDAP) configuration and tuning.

- Prior working knowledge of directory server technology, including both
LDAPv3 and x500 concepts.

- Installation and configuration of SunONE/Oracle Directory Server 5.2
and/or CA eTrust Directory R12 SP7.

- Experience with namespace, schema, and large scale replication topology
design.

- Implementation experience creating federation partnerships (both SP and
IdP) with both internal and external clients.

- Strong understanding of federation concepts including SAML 1.1 Artifact,
SAML 2.0 Artifact, SAML 2.0 POST, STS, and OpenToken.

- Installation and configuration of Ping Identity's Ping Federate 6.x and/or
CA Siteminder Federation Services Option Pack required.

- Working knowledge of web server (Apache, SunONE, IIS) and application
server (WebSphere, WebLogic) expected.

- Ability to proactively monitor middleware components via scripting or OOTB
products (CA Introscope).

- Ability to leverage scripting languages (Shell, Perl) for streamlining
deployments, migrations, and monitoring.

- Excellent written and oral skills, along with the ability to interface
with various technical and non-technical folks a must.

- Expected to drive issue resolution as web security SME.
