Experience of analysing and mapping business processes/workflows 2. Track record of analysing/gathering business requirements 3. Should have excellent communication skills and adept in managing customer interactions 4. Ability to effectively multi-task and context switch between projects, stakeholders and deliverables 5. Effectively co-ordinate and facilitate discussions and understanding sessions in a geographically distributed project environment 6. Project experience in Life Sciences (preferably in Commercial Sales & Marketing with Regulatory and Aggregate Spend Reporting experience) 7. Experience of authoring business requirements document 8. Appreciation of various Software Development Methodologies (Waterfall, Agile etc) 9. Manage client expectations and day-to-day issue resolution *Desired Skills: * 1. Strong Pharma regulatory (Sunshine Act, etc) and aggregate spend domain experience 2. Effectively build and manage relationships with a diverse set of business and IT Stakeholders 3. Experience of working in an onsite-offshore model *Job Roles / Responsibilities*: 1. Responsible for end to end requirement elicitation and documentation. 2. Collaborate with the client to manage the UAT 3. Manage client expectations and day-to-day issue resolution 4. Effectively build and manage relationships with a diverse set of business and IT Stakeholders 5. Drive the onshore - offshore teams to deliver the necessary systems 6.
