There is an urgent requirement of *J2ee Project Manager with strong experience in Agile@ Phoenix, AZ.* If interested then please send your updated resume ASAP. *Position : J2ee Project Manager with strong experience in Agile* *Location: Phoenix, AZ* *Job Descriptions:-* *Yrs. of experience: 9+ Yrs.* * Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating projects from initiation through to implementation. * Experience in managing end to end of IT Development projects in Waterfall and Agile methodologies. * Experience in (web based applications) technical project management. * Deep understanding of all aspects of software design with a demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility. * Experience managing project budgets and reporting. * Client, stakeholder and third party expectation management. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Ability to communicate across third parties and technical and business managers. * Experience in clarifying objectives, dealing with ambiguity/under-defined problems, advocating for simplification and influencing teams. * Leads cross-functional project teams and works with Business Analysts/partners to determine and translate business requirements into technology solutions. * Responsible for managing project costs, resources, change requests, risk and issues to ensure that maximum business benefit maintained as well as provision of regular project status updates. * Responsible for delivering medium to large projects that deliver significant functional change to multiple applications for single business products/services. * Develops high-level project plans and ensures that the scope and approach are fully understood by all stakeholders. * Ensures that the supporting Business Case is updated throughout the course of delivery and works with the business to ensure business case objectives are met. * Assembles project plans, ensures all systems of record for project reporting are kept current, and directs and monitors work effort on a regular basis. * Reviews development estimates from Development Teams and actively seeks clarification/verification as appropriate. * Ensures accurate reflection of Project Budgets, Forecasts and Actuals within Clarity. * Identifies and tracks key project milestones (base-lining critical path). * Monitors and communicates the progress of project delivery and ensures timely and effective communication of project status in terms of cost, forecast, schedule and assessment of risks/issues. * Negotiates and influences cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate resourcing levels are engaged and maintained throughout the course of the development life cycle. * Pro-actively anticipates project risks and issues and ensures adequate mitigation is put in place to ensure delivery is not compromised. * Ensures effective change control procedures and processes are efficiently used to maintain control on scope, schedule and cost. * Oversees quality assurance and ensures appropriate levels of end-to-end testing resources across the project are deployed. * Facilitates Post Implementation Reviews and ensures lessons learned are carried forward appropriately. * Should possess the technical understanding of Java/J2EE Technologies. * Should possess experience working in Onsite - Offshore model. * PMP, SCM certification will be a plus. * Ensures deliverables across engineering teams are high quality and clearly documented. * Conducts daily stand up and retrospective meetings at the end of each sprint and ensures that the team is continuously learning from the past for an Agile project. * Identifies opportunities to adopt innovative technologies. *Thanks & Regards* *Sumit Suman* | *Technical Recruiter* |*Saviance Technologies*| Email: sumit.su...@saviance.com Direct*: 732-902-0866| **Metuchen, New Jersey*<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metuchen,_New_Jersey> www.saviance.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
