Create and review required artifacts for SDLC compliance. - Promote continuous improvement in Quality Assurance services by maintaining best practices and knowledge repositories. - Implement tactical and strategic quality assurance leveraging *virtualization and automation.* - Enforce policies and procedures for the Quality Assurance function. - Collaborate across multiple, cross-functional teams to ensure QA principles are applied. - Document non-compliance to policies, process and standards and assists in resolution. - Monitor and communicate the progress of the quality scorecard. *Qualifications:* - Prior relevant industry experience within a quality assurance discipline, with proven experience of improving quality leveraging various techniques and tools. - •3+ years experience in Quality Assurance functions with demonstrated experience in quality assurance. - •2+ years of experience *with test automation.* - •Agile scrum experience a strong plus. Knowledge of the SDLC and the key deliverables - •Knowledge of how to* create and implement a QA plan* - •Knowledge and *experience in products like QTP, Quality Center, Rally and CA LISA* - •Detail oriented with a good eye for quality and continuous process improvement - •Deep understanding of risk evaluation and testing methodologies - •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
