Summary: This position will be responsible for leading and execution of large infrastructure projects as an Ahold PM. Must be onsite at client minimum 50%. Travel between the 3 locations may be required. Plans, directs, and coordinates the team's activities to manage and implement project and/or interrelated projects from contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage. Determines, monitors, and reviews all project economics to include costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources, and risk. Leads the project team in determining client requirements and translating requirements into operational plans. Identifies and assembles the appropriate blend of resources to meet project needs and requirements; manages subcontractors. Plans, schedules, monitors, and reports on activities related to the project. Required Skills: 5 years of project management experience 8-10 years of overall IT experience PMP Certified Has significant experience in leading and managing large infrastructure projects. Experience in planning, communication, and execution of IT infrastructure projects to include network / server installations, upgrades and implementations. Minimally must be a PMP in good standing. Advanced project management and/or other certifications is preferred. Deep experience with MS Office including Project and VISIO Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively at all levels of the organization and with vendors. Able to coordinate professionals facing conflicting priorities. Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
