*Please reply me back at abhis...@rgtalent.com <abhis...@rgtalent.com>* *NEED USC, GC , GC-EAD AND TN ONLY* *Job Title : Salesforce Developer* *Location : San Rafael, CA* *Duration : 6+ Months / Contract * *Interview Mode: Telephonic + Skype* RESPONSIBILITIES - Develops and administers the customer relationship management system, Salesforce.com. - Works directly with end users capturing and documenting user requirements for large and small projects, designing appropriate Salesforce.com solutions. - Builds, tests and deploys projects, enhancements, and bug fixes in Salesforce.com. - Responsible for architecture and optimization of the CRM platform. - Collaborates with all levels of personnel on various sales and services systems. - Provides end-user support and training. - Leads and supports Salesforce.com projects requiring third party vendor resources. - Resolves data issues. - Develops reports/dashboards in Salesforce.com.
