*Kindly send resumes to recrui...@burgeonits.com * *Position: Health Information Management Consultant **(HIM)* *Location: UT* *Duration: 6 months * * * *Job Description & Qualifications* The *Health Information Management (HIM)* Consultant would be responsible for day to day activities and driving them to completion. HIM would like a Consultant who knows how to install the *ChartMaxx *(or equivalent functionality that ChartMaxx provides) application and could attend meetings, drive tasks, train existing staff, prepare implementation, work with the business, assist in educational material, training sessions, and working in all the areas around implementation of the ChartMaxx application (or equivalent functionality that ChartMaxx provides). This person would work closely with HIM IS Manager to drive the project to success. Other duties would include escalating any issues, reducing risks, working with the Project Manager, and working closely with the existing ChartMaxx team on a successful install. Once the application is live, responsibilities would also include traveling to the next implementation site and preparing for training sessions and pre-go live activities at that site. Upon completion of the project, the HIM Consultant may be offered a full time position with the HIM IT team to assist with new enhancements/upgrades and continue with regression type testing and new functionality testing with the ChartMaxx application or other key projects. This would be followed by setting up new training sessions for super users for the organization. *Minimum Requirements:* · A bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of clinical Health Information Management or Information Technology work experience -OR- at least 14 years of clinical Health Information Management or Information Technology work experience *Preferred Qualifications:* · Experience in the installation and maintenance of the ChartMaxx application (or experience with similar functionality that ChartMaxx provides – such as review of the legal record, chart completion workflow, coding workflow, release of information workflows, error management workflow, reports, report distribution, scanning in an HIM department) Thanks & Regards Mike Burgeon IT Services LLC (A group of Adam Information Technologies, LLC.)
