*Position:- SCCM Consultant* *Location:- Lake Forest, Illinois* *Duration:- 6 months* *MOI:- Telephonic + Skype* The EUC Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading a team of systems engineers to design, deploy and operate Company�s End User Computer technology environment. This includes Systems Center Configuration Manager, Active Directory Group Policies, Windows 7, and related Applications Packaging and environments. This is a hands-on role that will require the direct involvement in all decisions and work necessary to operate a dynamic and evolving technology environment. The EUC Engineering Manager will work closely with business and technology partners, customers, vendors and management at all levels to successfully deliver world-class technology services to Company. *MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* · Keep team priorities in alignment with company objectives and requirements. · Must be able to build and organize teams with a �can do� attitude capable of overcoming difficult challenges. · Assign individual priorities commensurate with available resources and skill levels. · Develop staff capabilities through effective career planning, targeted training and hands-on learning opportunities. · Develop relationships with business partners and customers to ensure accurate service delivery and full customer satisfaction. · Identify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance service delivery everywhere possible. · Coordinate and lead projects through all phases of design and implementation. · Own Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for Company�s back office environment. · Actively participate in daily operations escalations. · Create and maintain standards, blueprint, roadmaps and guiding principles. · Maintain current knowledge of Microsoft Back Office technologies, issues, including current and emerging technologies and best practices. · Justify expenditures through business cases, and ROI/TCO calculations. · Manages a team of Technology Engineers.
