*Recruiter:*
* 1+ yrs. of experience as a Technical Recruiter for US Staffing
* Should have experience in handling end to end US recruitment,
  contract staffing, contract to hire Positions with a proven track record.
* Excellent experience working on Job portals like Dice, Monster,
  Social networking sites, head hunting etc to get the right profiles 
matching
  the requirements at the shortest possible time.
* Should be familiar with all visas and Tax terms (W2 Hourly, 1099,
  Corp to Corp).
* Should have experience working with direct clients.
* Understanding the Job Requirement, quickly source and select the
  best Consultant, Negotiate rates, get the feedback, schedule interviews 
etc.
* Follow up with candidate till the date of joining.
* Negotiates salaries with candidates and negotiates pay rates with
  subcontracting companies and close the position.
* Arranges for client interviews and possible offer of employment.
* Assist Account Manager(s)/Team Lead with urgent technical
  requirements.
* Excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skills in
  English.
* Minimum 2 - 3 Years of Experience in US IT recruitment.
  Sr. Recruiter:
* 3+ yrs. of experience as a Technical Recruiter for US Staffing
* Build relation with Prime Vendors / clients and to build up a strong
  customer base.
* Develop pipeline of professional contacts with preferred vendor and
  candidates.
* Engage actively and aggressively generating new leads from
  prospective new Prime Vendors / clients.
* Understand the requirements (technical skills, rates, client
  organization, etc.).
* Solicit the profiles by implementing various effective methods and
  attract the right talent.
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with candidates,
  vendors, and clients.
* Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and
  source qualified candidates.
* Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of Key skills,
  experience and Domain knowledge in relation to position requirements.
* Prescreen the candidates.
* Prepare candidates for interviewing with clients by providing
  detailed information on the client, position, Job description and
  expectation-setting.
* Document the pre-Interview and Post Interview feedbacks of the
  candidate.
* Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates.
* Communicating client interviews, handle visa and relocation issues.
* Ability to work on direct client requirements with quick turnaround
  time.
* Maintain vendor/Resume database.
* Well versed with US Tax terms.
* Maintaining daily / weekly reports


Team Lead:
* 5+ yrs. of experience as a Technical Recruiter for US Staffing is
  Must (HR Generalist, Domestic or Corporate Recruitment Experience will not
  work).
* Looking for a Recruiters who worked mostly on W2 (Green Card &
  Citizens)
* Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends
* Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.:
  Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, and Career Builder etc.)
* Need target oriented candidates with a history of achieving target
* Very Strong communication and inter personal skills
* Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced
  environment.
  Candidate with valid B1 or H1 is preferred but not mandatory as we will
  sponsor H1b for the candidates.
* Must have good knowledge on US Tax Terms: C2C, 1099, W2.
* Experience of hiring candidates on OPT/CPT, GC, US Citizen, H1B,
  EAD, TN visa.
* Candidates having experience in recruiting for various client
  industry/sector for IT requirements.
* Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications
  meet open positions. Conduct skills testing, interviews, and reference
  checks. Negotiating & finalizing salary, pay rate.
* Ability to work under pressure and to achieve / set goals and
  deadlines with minimal supervision.
* Should be able to work on multiple positions at any given date and
  be able to prioritize work.
* Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to negotiate and
  communicate effectively within the team and with senior management.
* Dynamic, responsive communicator with excellent written, verbal &
  presentation skills.
* Self- motivated team player and results-oriented Individual.
* Self-disciplined with a positive attitude.
* Aggressive, go-getter with excellent rapport building skills.
* Ability to handle Team and Account management responsibilities
  BDM:
* Must have proven Track Record in Staffing Business development. 
* Must have 4 - 7 Years of experience in Business Development/ New
  Client Acquisition. 
* Approach New Tier 1 vendors/VMS & Implementation Partners for Full
  time & Contact positions and generate business. 
* Must be able to do good number of Cold calls every day. 
* Responsible for Account Management, Handling recruiters, maintaining
  all Vendor Contacts. 
* Well aware of Recruitment life cycle and Staffing
* Maintain relations with the existing clients.
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
* Must have good inter personal skills
* 1. Must have experience of H1B Transfers
