Job Description :
• Computer Science or Management Information Systems degree
• 5+ years’ experience in .Net programming language
• 5+years’ experience in Oracle PL/SQL
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint
Nice to Haves:
• 3+ years’ experience in Adobe Flash programming language
• 3+ years’ experience in C# programming language
• 3+ years’ experience in VB.NET
• 3+ years’ experience producing technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, or testing
• Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint
• Ability to work under the direction of senior developers and project managers
• Demonstrated experience with large-scale implementation projects with the following characteristics:
o Very large and high-profile
o Multiple technologies and functions
o Staff resources across multiple initiatives/projects
o Multi-million dollar budget
o Close coordination / interaction with other project managers
o Collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups with diverse and competing needs and expectations
• Experience working in state government
