Business Analyst experience should be in the Operational project (running eCommerce business) than the traditional requirements gathering/business process definition/documentation etc. 3. Candidate should be having experience in eCommerce domain with much exposure in any of the key functional areas like Merchandising/Order Management/Presentation/Site Management/etc 4. Candidate should have worked with the core business teams helping them in resolving their every day operational issues 5.
