It didn’t make it into the current version either. The “legacy” support ought to continue I would think. You’ll see that Java 8 gets weekly updates, so I think that most Java update notices are not because you happen to have Java 6 too, they would be showing up for people who haven’t installed

We made the timing right before the festival starts, the idea being it should be possible to get reasonable accommodation for the event before the city gets super busy. I have tried to load the new DP 10 and my computer locks up with the following dialog: Livecode version 8.0.8-dp10 Extracting property information from dictionary. This can take up to a minute. This dialog box just stays and doesn't close. I have to close LiveCode with the task manager. Sincerel
