To target the revServer 4.6.4, the script need to be named as "yourchoice.irev"
and to target the revServer 5.0.2, the script need to be named as
"yourchoice.lc" for simple scripts and "yourchoice.livecode" for stacks to be
inserted in the path of the "yourchoice.lc" scripts

Try this before anything else (comment preopenstack from your stack script):
#on preOpenStack
# open file "theoutput.txt" for write
# write "here's some text" & return to file "theoutput.txt"
# close file "theoutput.txt"
# open printing to pdf "thepdf.pdf"
# print card 1 into 18,18,5
