Two questions.
1. Is shell supported with Runtime Revolution with win32? (I assume it is )
2. Is the shell synchronous, asynchronous or interactive with RunTime

Just wanted to report that the docs in the new RC2 release of Rev 2.5
work MUCH better based on about 10 minutes' exploration. More
responsive, better default (for my use anyway) and result lists get
sorted properly.
I'm a MUCH happier Revolutionary.

Seems to be fixed. At least it appears to be a lot better.
BTW, it turns out one of my bug reports about the bookmarks was a
simple misunderstanding. The problem was that the Filter

Jim,
You can also use the altClean plugin. It will go through each script of

Hello Hershel,
Did you try this :
put
revOpenDatabase(PostgreSQL,localhost,projetsdac,postgres,postg
res) into PGLinkOpen
with the second postgres item as the default postgres user password
(to be replaced by the right one if you changed it) ?
Works there, at least under Panther.

I've had intermittet problems in all builds of Rev going back to v2.0,
in which swapping out htmlText in fields sometimes causes a hard crash.
I've had a tough time pinning down the exact cause of the crash and
can't find a related bug in Bugzilla, so if you've experienced something

Interesting...
Are you setting the fields to properly formed htmlText, or are you
'getting a URL' and setting the fld to the resulting htmlText?
I've never had a single problem and use htmlText for all of my Grid
controls, so I'm thinking it has to do with non-properly formatted html.
