BZ 2379 is close to this. It deals with turning off the RevOnline. For my money, what it should do is present a dialog with two buttons (perhaps nice large pictures, like RevOnline): "Open a Stack from Online" and "Open a Stack on Your Computer" The first would bring up the RevOnline viewer
