Surpress DOS box in Windows

Hi all I was wondering if it is possible to surpress a DOS box in Windows (running a DOS based app) but still grab the output from it? I can get this working if the DOS box is allowed to show but not any other way. Any ideas would be appreciated. Neil

To be more specific wich ever event/handler is started last remains executing and the other is non-functional. If I halt the running handler the one started earlier will continue! I thought the whole point of wait with messages was to allow other events/handlers to run. Is there another way
