Maybe it's time for a new Rev-Mobile list? It is a different product
after all. Just a thought.

Another point about Dispatch that's not documented is that you can use
call by reference variables with it.

Thank you Klaus. The documentation on this is very misleading. Maybe

I can't see that menu does anything in this context. Can anyone tell

Hi,
The sort command in 3.5 seems to be adding lines to a variable. I have
a lot of old code that creates lists using a method like this and I
don't believe the problem occurs in earlier versions of rev.
Is this a reported bug or am I missing something?

I agree with Richard.
It looks like http://quality.runrev.com/qacenter/show_bug.cgi?

Can someone reopen the report? I think its severity should be changed
to major.
I will go back to using 3.0, for now.

Just trying this out. I've run into problems setting or getting the
default stack inside of setProp or getProp handlers.
For example.
If I call a getProp handler:
Put the myProp of the control with the script
Where:
getProp myProp
Put the defaultstack
end myProp
I get an empty value.
Using Rev version 2.6 under Win XP, I'm trying to use a ( character

work. On Win XP the menu item is appearing with \( instead of the

Anyone know a workaround? Has this been reported as a bug?

Thanks for all the suggestions.
The original build was from Metacard and there was no data folder or
that idea would've saved me.
I'll give Monte's a try.

Hi,
I can't figure this one out. I have a stack with several substacks. All
of the substacks are supposed to have a white background. When the
program is run in development all is fine. When I build a standalone
some of the substacks are getting a grey background. The main stack has

Hi,
Long story about why the original stack file is gone but does anyone
know how to recreate the stack file from a standalone. This a Mac OS
standalone for the classic pre OS X version.
Thanks
