if there is a fld SoOn then delete fld SoOn
if the formattedwidth of fld FieldToContractthe width of fld
FieldToContract then
lock screen
clone field FieldToContract
set the name of the last field to SoOn

Some times you have to read the documentation.
The with form:
The with counter = ... set the counter to the startValue at the
beginning of the loop, When the counter is greater than or equal
to the endValue, the loop performs its final iteration and
I also notice a difference of 60 min only at a few dates (Mac OS X).
I have found that it happens when changing from winter date to summer
date (in France)
The foreign system dates seems not to be well managed by revolution
