Ken, RevOnline seems to have gone a bit strange - it won't let me
update or delete the file.

I think it's perfectly doable, but I think I need to understand a bit
more about some of the ins and outs - flag settings, extended headers
and so-on, before I attempt it.

That usually happens if the format is wrong. In other words if I'm in
2.6.1 and try a 2.7 file.
