I am speaking of the File menu created in a stack, f.i. with the Menu Builder Tool.
It appears that the menu seems to be there -- but there are no menu items! When I peek at the menubar group, all seems to be normal... (layer, menu items, script) The sole workaround I found is to place a "fake" menu at the first place, and only THEN to place my File Menu.
