I hope that there are some Rev users working with Linux (with Android coming
there may quite a few more).
Anyways, I am using Fedora 11 with Gnome desktop.
What I would like to do is associate a Logo image with the application I am
working on. In Windows and OS X this is all built in quite nicely

Hi Peter!
Thanks for your reply. This is on KUBUNTU 64 bit.
The log file is rather lengthy. I could send it to you off list if that
´s ok. I can not make any sense of it what could be important.
Thanks again,
Malte

Hi Roger,
Klaus,
The most common compression method(s) I have seen have been a 2-step
method. First the files are compressed into a TAR file, then compressed
even more using GZIP. The file extensions are typically
something.tar.gz
or something.tgz when the 2-step method is used.

Klaus,
The most common compression method(s) I have seen have been a 2-step
method. First the files are compressed into a TAR file, then compressed
even more using GZIP. The file extensions are typically something.tar.gz
or something.tgz when the 2-step method is used.
