Actually, Greg, you don't. Simply
size and position locked,
although I can't say for sure if that's the cause.

Even worse, try opening the Find window to search for a string in

Hi Dennis and above all everyone,
Excuse me if I did not understand correctly your problem but it gave
me a general thought (may be OT).
Having more than one occurence of any code in a stack might not be a
good idea...
Don't you think it would be better to have a handler, a function,
Eric,
You are right and I also try to do this whenever I can. However, I
have some time critical loops that recur for which I do not want to
incur the overhead of calling a handler.
But in the case I cited, I was actually in the process of moving
handlers to consolidate them into one place
I've run into the same problem and sometimes just copy scripts back and

I would like to just copy a button with all its scripts, go to another stack
and paste it but it only works inconsistently.

I'm having problems cutting and pasting fields and buttons between the
stack level and a background in Mac OS X. If I cut a button using the
Cut command under the Edit menu, and then edit a group, nothing happens
when I try to Paste. Is this a bug?

There is a bug where the command key menu shortcuts sometimes stop
working. The fix is to reset your Rev preferences.
