When I was investigating this a couple of months ago I felt that ATT
had the most natural speech. But the cost was prohibitive for what I
was doing.

I've used SAPI 4 & 5 to enable Rev speech synthesis on Windows, and
haven't found any problems on the surface. I'm not doing anything too
