I asked on the Camel mailing list a little while ago if you could add
routes after the CamelContext starts, and I was told that yes, you can. So
at least dynamically adding routes as they start up would work just fine.
I'm not sure about adding Components and other things to the registry,
however.
I did start some work around making a DS solution for Camel using enRoute as a
base, am not successful yet in making that happen. i have repo here
