DevCenter\plugins contains all needed jars, your problem
ifact/com.datastax.cassandra/cassandra-driver-core/3.4.0
"Compile dependencies" and make it yourself.

Get the JARS from Cassandra lib folder and put it in your build path. Or
else use Pom.xml maven project to directly download from repository.
