More generally, a thrift api or other mechanism for Astyanax to get the
INTERNAL_IP seems necessary to use ConnectionPoolType.TOKEN_AWARE +
NodeDiscoveryType.TOKEN_AWARE in a multi-dc setup. Absent one I'm
confused how that combination is possible.
