The Apache Commons team is pleased to announce the availability of the Commons Configuration 1.5 release. Commons Configuration provides a generic configuration interface which enables an application to read configuration data from a variety of sources. The 1.5 release contains numerous bug fixes.

The state of WebDAV Clients

I am a bit concerned at the state of WebDAV client implementations in Java. The slide project has been recently retired and Apache recommends using JackRabbit as an alternative. JackRabbit does not currently have a WebDAV client implementation according to this post (http://www.nabble.com/Webdav-C
