Jsvc is working fine on my machine and on other machines, however on a
particular one, it is not working.
In the logs I get "Service killed by signal 11".

Ok so, it's hard to tell if this made much of a difference. There might be
a few less messages? Hard to be sure.
I'm still getting those messages, but I'm now suspecting Selenium is
generating the majority of these messages. It is behaving badly when it
comes to killing its spawned phantomjs proce
