If the firewall is working, the ftp client can not download any bytes from server. And I have set the mode to PASSIVE_LOCAL_DATA_CONNECTION_MODE by enterLocalPassiveMode<https://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-net/javadocs/api-3.7/org/apache/commons/net/ftp/FTPClient.html#enterLocalPassiveMode-->().
