Forrest+Tomcat: continuously reloading

Hi We are running Forrest 0.6 dynamically as a webapp under Tomcat 5. Until a few weeks ago all went well. Apparently nobody has changed anything, yet now the Tomcat server is reloading continuously, so that almost nobody gets any result from it. Below part of the log file. The reload by

directory listing batch file invocation

I'm using Forrest 0.6 to migrate off of a plain old apache server. I have most of the site replicated. The only remaining issues are: 1. I need a directory listing of a path outside of the web app. I tried using the Directory Generator, but quite honestly, I have no idea how to implement it.

This is a rather weird thing. The error seems to be caused by PNG images that were directly written from Photoshop (export for web). After converting them with irfanview from PNG to PNG the PDF works fine again. BTW: the PNGs become a little bit smaller as well. The single page PDFs did *not*
