It runs with the following constellation:
1. Create an own Securityrealm called myRealm
2. using myRealm in geronimo-web.xml
3. Using LoginContext and a custom CallbackHandler which knows the
required username and password

I still do not see the file deployer.log created after I change settings as
told in the file deployer-log4j.properties? How does the server know which
properties to read?
