I would like to write a GBean for my DatabasePool. I required to set many properties like connectionProperties="SetBigStringTryClob=true" etc. to my database pool configuration which is not available with admin console. I will appreciate if any body can provide a wrapper GBean code for Database [

Monitoring the database pool

Is there any api available for writing the code for monitoring the database pool? I am interested in knowing active connections,idle connections etc. I know there is a class "org.apache.commons.dbcp.BasicDataSource" which I can used for getting the above information. But the issue I am facing here
