I pulled down the latest 2/23/2009 build of 2.1.4 snapshot. I made the changes to all references of localhost and 0.0.0.0 to 127.0.0.1in config-substitutions.properties as mentioned in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GERONIMO-4518.
